ARE YOU MECHANICALLY ABLE? PLEASANT? SELF-MOTIVATED? We are currently filling a Superintendent couple position in one of our 23 residential properties in Sault Ste. Marie. Our Superintendents live in a great apartment in the building they care for. We look for mature people who wish to stay active, would feel pride in their surroundings, and would take care of the property as if it's their own, at their own pace, in their own time. For skill set, as long as one person in the couple is mechanically handy, we can teach anything else and, for big work, we have our own crew.
