Must be non-smoker, no pets allowed, some common sense house rules apply, use of full kitchen/living and laundry, shared bath, internet access, and lovely rear yard with deck to enjoy. Parking available if needed. Walking distance to Algoma U, on Sault College bus route and near Eastside/Riverside routes as well, close to shopping, banks and restaurants.
