To Algoma University: 5 Minute Drive, 28 Minute Walk, 9 Minute Bike To Sault College: 6 Minute Drive, 47 Minute Walk, 15 Minute Bike I'm generally a quiet keep to-myself kind of person, on my PC a lot, which I do not mind sharing this beast I have heh. Keep in mind though, if you start talking about music, then I could go on forever. The basal monthly costs of my apartment split in half would include; Rent, Renters Insurence, Hi-speed Shaw300 Internet with 5G Wifi and one Parking Spot: Would bring your monthly contribution to 450$ a month. As well, all personal groceries would be your responsibility to get what you want. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with all hardwood floors and fairly well designed if I do say so myself. The apartment is already fully furnished so there is no need to worry about that. Though there is minimal storage available. As well as a full upright chest dresser and half a walk-in closet you can use. It features all amenities you could think of; There is also onsite laundry, two loonies for the washer and for the dryer, a 55" 4k UDH Smart TV with connections for any gaming systems you may have. I have a collection myself but I mostly game on PC now from time to time. I also have a Service Dog named Sasha, he is very friendly and yes, you will be covered in his hair heh. I appreciate it if you do not do drugs nor smoke in my apartment. If you do either, I hold no judgements, just do it outside. I do Vape, which if you do as well, that is perfectly fine. Also, who doesn't like the occasional drink? Please be clean and pick up after yourself, both around the apartment and when it comes to the kitchen and bathroom. I'm sure you are going to have a million questions about how two people can roommate in a one-bedroom apartment and I am prepared to answer them all. I better not leave out the best part now, heh.
